They draw from a range of spiritual practices and teachings to help their clients grow and develop spiritually. The role of a Spiritual Director is to guide and support the individual seeking direction rather than to impose their own beliefs or agenda. 

Mystic meditation, Esoteric yoga, and spiritual counseling are the core practices integrated into the guidance services offered. We offer different lengths of sessions, ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
